About The Position

To craft unforgettable experiences for our residents, guests, and team members alike. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment, we're looking for you. Who You Are: A night owl who loves engaging with people and making their day (or night!) Experienced in hospitality or upscale retail, with a knack for exceeding expectations. A problem-solver who communicates effectively and dresses to impress. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with a positive attitude that's contagious. Shifts Available: Full-time or Part-time, Overnight (Because the city never sleeps, and neither does luxury.)
Requirements
- 3+ years in hospitality or a high-end retail setting.
- A proven track record of delivering top-tier service.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays because luxury never takes a day off.

- Be the welcoming face of luxury, greeting residents and visitors with warmth.
- Anticipate needs and go the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of our community.
- Keep a vigilant eye on safety and security, because peace of mind is priceless.
- Handle a variety of requests, from dinner reservations to package delivery, with efficiency and discretion.
