About The Position

Emprime is hiring a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Monitor the front desk, lobby, and building entrances.
  • Manage visitor access according to property procedures.
  • Receive and organize resident packages and deliveries.
  • Respond to resident questions and requests in a timely manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor, package, and incident logs.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or emergencies to property management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area.
  • Work collaboratively with property management and onsite staff.
