Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of experience in grain or oil inspection and/or grain grading operations or a related field is required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Scheduling of staff/team for location specific tasks.
- Training of individuals for job/client/site specific tasks.
- Communication directly with customer site, foreman, site manager.
- Communication with Operations Manager, upcoming projects, potential issues.
- Team progressive disciplinary actions and corrective measures – HSE communications.
