About The Position

New England Waterproofing, New England’s leader in concrete foundation repair is looking for a Working Foreman! In this leadership role you will oversee a crew of waterproofing technicians, actively participate in hands-on installation tasks, ensures projects are completed on time and to quality standards, while managing all aspects of a waterproofing job site, including safety compliance, material usage, and client communication, all while demonstrating expertise in various waterproofing methods and applications.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Be capable of performing multiple tasks
Possess organizational and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-motivated, self-starter and a hard worker
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and subcontractors
Proven ability to complete tasks correctly and on time
Ability to make decisions
Ability to work with your hands and meet the physical demands of the job

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in waterproofing is a plus
OSHA 10-hour is a plus
