About The Position

The Working Foreman leads a crew of employees in lower-grade classifications and performs the same skilled craft duties as the crew. The role is responsible for assigning and scheduling work, enforcing safety regulations, maintaining discipline, and ordering supplies and equipment. The foreman inspects the crew’s work during progress and upon completion to ensure it follows instructions and conforms to accepted standards and practices. The position requires extensive overtime during winter months.

Responsibilities
