About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Foreman Electrician to lead our electrical division in the Eastern Shore region. You will manage field operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires extensive expertise in commercial electrical installations, along with solid experience in residential and multifamily housing projects.

Requirements

8 to 12 years of electrical experience, with a proven track record in a leadership or foreman role.
Deep experience in commercial projects, supplemented by hands-on knowledge of multifamily complexes and single-family residential systems.
Current Delaware Journeyman or Master Electrician license is highly preferred.
Expert ability to read blue prints, schematics, and technical documents.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history to operate company vehicles.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces.

Current Delaware Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations for large-scale commercial, multifamily, and residential projects.
Manage, mentor, and schedule teams of journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
Layout, install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems according to blueprints.
Ensure all work strictly meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Delaware regulations.
Maintain a zero-injury workplace by strictly enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients.
Track inventory, order supplies, and manage tools to prevent project delays.
