About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or structured credit
• Strong preference for experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, or adjacent sectors
• Deep understanding of project finance structures and risk drivers versus corporate credit
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex, large-scale financing arrangements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to investment and client-facing teams

Responsibilities

• Assisting credit analysis of AI data centre debt issuance within public bond portfolios
• Develop a robust framework for assessing project finance risks in digital infrastructure assets
• Evaluate highly leveraged capital structures
• Analyse key risk factors including: Construction and execution risk, Changes in cost of debt and capital structure dynamics, Credit rating methodology shifts, Counterparty / anchor tenant creditworthiness
• Challenge and refine existing assumptions.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to fellow analysts and portfolio managers to support investment decisions and client communication

Benefits

• Base salary in the range of $150,000 - $200,000
