About The Position
MercyOne Genesis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time position at the MercyOne Genesis Family Medicine Clinic in Eldridge, Iowa. This outpatient-only practice offers a competitive compensation package, including a 2-year salary guarantee of $290k plus production, $150k in recruitment incentives, and negotiable educational loan assistance with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. The role emphasizes a great work-life balance and provides a relocation allowance up to $15k. The clinic is located in a growing community and is part of the Quad Cities metropolitan area, known for its safe neighborhoods, reasonable cost of living, and excellent schools.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Obstetrics/Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine services to the community.
- Participate in shared call with a large group of providers.
- Contribute to a physician-led medical group that promotes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance.
