About The Position

We are a warm, active family of five with two parents and three school-aged children, ages 6, 7, and 9, along with our three beloved dogs. Our days are full and lively, with school, sports, church, extracurriculars, and family commitments keeping everyone on the go. One parent travels approximately 50% of the time, so having dependable support at home is especially important. While we have established routines and weekly cleaning support in place, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the many moving pieces that come with raising three young children and help keep everything running smoothly, whether we’re all home or one parent is traveling. What we’re looking for now is someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day logistics that keep our household running smoothly. The ideal person will have a true bird’s-eye view of the home — overseeing the family calendar, school events, activities, appointments, and transportation while anticipating what’s coming next and making sure the details are handled. With our three children often involved in different activities and needing to be in different places, this person will help coordinate after-school transportation and carpools, prepare the kids for what’s ahead, keep household essentials stocked, and proactively take care of the small things that can easily get missed in a busy week. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who can become a trusted extension of our family. Someone who is warm, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. The goal isn’t simply to check things off a list, but to help create a calm, organized household where we can spend less time managing logistics and more time being present with our children.
