About The Position

In this role, you will coordinate with customers, engineering, production, and leadership to define scope, pricing, and deliverables for custom engineered solutions. Further, you will manage the global Field Service team, including custom job builds, calibration schedules, engineering support, and sales objectives. You will lead vendor, customer, and internal communications to bid, quote, and execute projects, including equipment installations. You will develop, maintain, and organize complete custom‑job documentation (manuals, drawings, schematics, software, calibration, safety standards). Moreover, you will ensure compliant project execution through commissioning, training, handover, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASME, etc.). Also, you will manage project risk and change control, including change orders, HAZOPs, risk assessments, and Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of machine design and project management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally based on project workload
  • Basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process equipment issues in industrial environments
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and equipment installation, commissioning, and signoff

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with robotic automation
  • Experience with Thermal Spray / Industrial Gas systems
  • Experience with customer technical support
  • Credentials such as PE license or Project Management certification
