About The Position
As a Civil Engineering Intern for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in its Tucson, Arizona office, you will perform civil engineering tasks in support of project teams preparing land development plan specifications and calculation briefs for commercial and institutional clients. You may work across Civil/Site, Environmental, and Solid Waste disciplines. Local candidates are preferred. Through CEC’s Internship Program, you will gain practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams across functional groups and locations. You will build a professional network through social events and interactive activities, work with a discipline mentor on real-world challenges, and participate in workshops focused on interpersonal skills and preparation for a full-time career.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Civil or Environmental Engineering program.
- Experience with AutoCAD.

- Prior internship experience.
- Related survey experience.
- Local to the Tucson, Arizona area.
