About The Position

Parker Hannifin is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and organized intern pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. The role focuses on projects involving cost-of-poor-quality mitigation strategies, quality assurance, and product conformance. The Quality Intern contributes to customer service and the company’s Win Strategy and reports to the Quality Manager. The position is for Summer 2027 and requires a local address and the ability to commute to the site. The intern must be able to work in person full-time during summer break. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Employment is subject to drug testing and applicable U.S. export compliance or government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in, or have completed, a bachelor’s degree program in engineering or a related technical field.
Must have completed sophomore year.
Must have a local address and be able to commute to the site during Summer 2027.
Ability to work in person full-time during summer break.
Ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and assignments.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and participate as a team member.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Must meet applicable U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Subject to drug testing as a condition of employment.
