Requirements

• Foundation in electro-mechanical systems and interest in learning to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Flexibility to travel and manage a schedule in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support installation, commissioning, and rollout of new machines across the UK.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues through preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Build relationships with customers and site contacts and provide professional, friendly service.
• Travel throughout the region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays as required.
• Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.
• Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop technical knowledge and maintain high safety standards, following TOMRA Safe and LOTO procedures.
