About The Position

The Senior HW/SW Integration Engineer works in systems engineering, with a focus on systems-level development testing and integration. The role requires a software background and strong understanding of systems-level hardware, software build needs, and requirements. The engineer will work in a fluctuating systems engineering environment, define system requirements using ICDs and IDDs, and collaborate with clients and peers on technical solutions. The position requires an active Secret Clearance, is 100% onsite, and involves travel up to 25%.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or related experience.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems-level development testing and integration.
Software background with strong systems understanding and knowledge of systems-level hardware.
Ability and desire to work in a fluctuating systems engineering environment.
Software background sufficient to understand software build needs and requirements.
Experience with ICDs and IDDs to define system requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
Experience with I&T integration and test.
Ability to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Ability to work onsite 100%.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
