Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of hands-on Encompass administration and/or Blend administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, or supporting Encompass or Blend features such as business rules, field triggers, personas, roles, access, workflows, task-based processing, Encompass Web, input forms, custom fields, field-level logic, plugins, integrations, SDK, or API-based solutions.
• Experience with Blend platform administration, configuration, workflow management, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong communication skills.

• Underwriting experience.
• Deep data reporting experience.
• Software engineering experience.
• Website design experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer systems and business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs.
• Work with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners on solution planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on systems, processes, and troubleshooting to Line, Risk, and Operational partners.
• Participate in enterprise solution design and development and document standards for business applications.
• Create solution designs based on requirements.
• Map business and functional requirements to business processes, workflows, and organizational needs.
• Develop implementation plans for components of the Solutions strategy.
• Manage large projects, including delegating tasks and responsibilities in support of Solutions initiatives.
• Coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• May supervise or manage staff as assigned.
• Configure, troubleshoot, test, and support Encompass and/or Blend solutions in production environments.
