About The Position

The Commercial Services Solutions Analyst IV ensures TD Bank has customer-oriented, scalable, and cost-effective loan products and processes that meet the market demands of Commercial and Small Business Banking customers. The position supports RESL Business Technology, which supports the Encompass loan origination platform and Blend point-of-sale platform, including configuration, business rules, workflows, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. The analyst partners with product managers and owners, line-of-business teams, vendors, and IT support to improve business capabilities, automate processes, reduce costs, and deliver reliable solutions.

This is a hands-on platform administration and solution design role within an Agile pod alongside configuration, testing, product, and technology resources. The role requires direct experience administering Encompass and/or Blend, including configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting solutions in a production environment. Relevant Encompass work may include administration and configuration; business rules, field triggers, personas, roles, and access; workflow and task-based processing; Encompass Web and input form configuration; custom fields and field-level logic; plugins, integrations, SDK or API-based solutions; and testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support. Relevant Blend experience may include administration, configuration, workflow management, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.

The analyst administers systems business functions to maintain continuous system availability, coordinates internal and external resources to deliver solutions, and works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners on planning, requirements, and vendor relationships. The role provides subject matter expertise and leadership, contributes to enterprise solution design and business application standards, translates requirements into designs and technical specifications, maps requirements to processes and workflows, develops implementation plans, and manages large projects. The analyst may supervise staff and is expected to coach and train less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Expert knowledge of the business line, business model, and operations.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making ability.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Administer systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability.

• Work with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners on solution planning, business requirements, activities, and vendor relationship management.
