About The Position

This professional position involves overall management of operations for various PMS programs, which may include Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, Teen Health / School-Based Health, and/or other services. Depending on program responsibilities, the position may require successful completion of a post-offer criminal records check. The role may require use of personal transportation to carry out job duties, maintaining a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, providing a current motor vehicle record, and maintaining a satisfactory driving record. Transportation-related training may also be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a closely related field; a combination of significant and relevant education and/or experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-by-year basis.
• Two years of experience in a responsible management or supervisory position.
• A valid driver's license and current personal owner liability automobile insurance, maintained throughout employment, if driving is required.
• Provide a current motor vehicle record and maintain a satisfactory driving record within the limitations of PMS Human Resources Policy II.D.3, Automobile Usage, and applicable state and federal laws, if driving is required.
• Comply with PMS policies on Automobile Usage and Drug Free Workplace and applicable state and federal laws, if driving is required.
• Complete a criminal records check if required based on program responsibilities.
