About The Position
We are looking for an EMT Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position will implement the Emergency Medical Technician – Basic Program curriculum in accordance with DOT. Assisting the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in demonstration and practice designed to develop and evaluate student skill competencies; and Assisting the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in conducting the program sessions.
Requirements
- Possession of valid Arizona EMT Certification
- Possession of current BLS Provider Certification
- Endorsement of EMT Program Director
Responsibilities
- Implement the Emergency Medical Technician – Basic Program curriculum in accordance with DOT.
- Assist the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in demonstration and practice designed to develop and evaluate student skill competencies.
- Assist the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in conducting the program sessions.
