About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Residential Lead Electrician to oversee installations, troubleshoot electrical systems, and guide apprentices. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Residential electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Responsibilities
- Lead residential electrical projects
- Install and repair wiring, panels, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Train and supervise apprentices
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
