About The Position

Requirements

• Passion for our residents and customers to ensure our Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily.
• A dietary manager certification (CDM) or are CDM eligible; or must complete within one year.
• Prior food service management skills at General Manager/Director level, preferably in health care food service environment.
• Prior environmental services experience is helpful.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum management experience
• 5 years minimum functional experience

Nice To Haves

• Prior environmental services experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall resident meal service and housekeeping program targeted to exceed resident and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience.
• Ensure food quality and presentation.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits.
• Perform management functions that include employee development.
