The Director of Food & Beverage provides leadership and management for the Food & Beverage department, overseeing the planning, development, and efficient operation of multiple dining and beverage outlets, including high-end dining, pub-style dining, and beverage venues. This role is responsible for setting and achieving financial projections, goals, and objectives while developing and training a highly skilled and motivated team at all levels. Additionally, the Food & Beverage Director ensures that all outlets adhere to North Fork Mono Casino policies and comply with Health Department regulations, maintaining excellence in service, quality, and operational efficiency. This position will report directly to the Assistant General Manager.
