Be a part of the leadership team shaping the Flight Control products of the future. You will lead an organization responsible for design, development, and verification of aircraft Flight Control systems including Air Transport Fly By Wire, Compact Fly By Wire, and Anthem/EPIC Automatic Flight Control Systems (AFCS). Customers include Boeing, Bombardier, COMAC, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Leonardo, and Pilatus. The position will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent; partnering with the business to create and execute innovative product line growth strategies; providing technical leadership for a global engineering team; and building an operating system to ensure efficient and effective project and department execution.
