The Program Manager manages a set of interrelated projects, and in some cases, on-going operations to deliver against a common set of business objectives using business acumen, critical thinking and relationship skills. Responsible for managing cross-functional project-level or program-level requirements and scope, resource planning, finances and benefit realization, risks and issues, quality, organizational change management, communications and reporting. The Program Manager works with constituent Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects; identify and manage dependencies and escalate key program risks and issues as appropriate to the program owner to ensure the ultimate success of the program. Responsible for internal stakeholder management, which may include stakeholders external to the organization. Reports program metrics to the program owner and business owners. This position is responsible for helping to lead and drive the modernization and architectural evolution of Key’s Data Supply Chain (DSC). This role operates within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) and focuses on defining and enabling DSC‑specific architecture standards, patterns, and modernization roadmaps. The role is accountable for driving cloud‑native adoption, reusable componentry, and modern delivery patterns across the Data Supply Chain. There will be close partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Platform teams, and Production Support teams. This position provides hands‑on architectural leadership and enablement, leading and managing the day‑to‑day solution delivery. Heavy focus on the adoption of Generative AI Code Assist capabilities to propel accelerated delivery cycles.
