About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing practice in Warrensburg, New York. This full-time opportunity is designed for a provider who wants to build something meaningful: a dermatology care team and patient panel centered around their clinical strengths while helping meet the expanding dermatology needs of the surrounding community. This role is part of an expansion to an existing practice serving the Warrensburg and greater Warren County region. The incoming provider will have the opportunity to help shape the growth of dermatology services locally, with a dedicated team built around them to support high-quality, efficient patient care. The schedule is intentionally provider-friendly: full time is four days per week, with no weekends, no inpatient requirements, and no hospital call. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to step into a highly supportive environment with room to grow professionally and clinically.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner eligible to practice in New York.
  • Prior dermatology experience required.
  • Comfortable practicing with autonomy while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of dermatology experience preferred for partnership consideration.
  • Providers with at least three years of dermatology experience may be considered for a partnership path.
