About The Position

The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and graduation from a CODA Accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Valid, unencumbered dental hygiene license (TX license preferred).
  • Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
  • Meet minimum requirements for teaching at the post-secondary level set by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and accrediting agencies for individual programs.
  • Criminal background check required.
