• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience in facilities management, electrical or mechanical engineering
• 4+ Years Experience working in data centers and/or experience with data center infrastructure to include electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations end to end, including uptime, safety, and compliance across your assigned data centers, and step in as incident commander to drive fast, effective resolution when it matters most.
• Keep operations running like clockwork by owning documentation, procedures, and process standards, making sure records, drawings, and policies stay accurate and repeatable.
• Lead the next phase of growth, planning, pricing, and executing infrastructure projects, customer deployments, and facility expansions that align with long-term capacity strategy.
• Take ownership of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle management, balancing financial discipline with reliability and scalability.
• Lead your site team and partner across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers to execute projects with clear accountability and drive lasting site performance.
