About The Position

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI and/or similar business intelligence reporting tools.
• Experience integrating and extracting data from multiple systems and environments.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Tableau in a source-controlled development environment.
• Ability to create and maintain report-layer transformations, calculations, and measures.
• Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages used for data manipulation, such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Understanding of project and performance metrics such as KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience combining Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other modeling or visualization tools.
• Experience supporting project, program, or operational performance reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards for continuous-improvement or decision-support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports as needed.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple business and technical systems.
• Build and maintain data models supporting reporting and visualization.
• Create report-level transformations, calculated fields, and measures.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop visualizations that clearly communicate performance and business insights.
• Support reporting on KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance.
• Clean and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Use Python, R, SQL, or similar tools to manipulate and analyze data.
• Maintain Tableau assets within a source-controlled environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and improve decision-making.

Benefits
