About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or retail sales experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Works well on a team
• Comfortable in a faith-based culture

Nice To Haves

• Building materials or construction experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide knowledgeable support with product questions, quotes, orders, warranties, and other service needs.
• Assist contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom by explaining product options, helping with selections, and preparing quotes or orders as needed.
• Respond to customer emails promptly, handling quote requests, warranty needs, order placements, and other inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders, aiming to complete customer quotes within one business day.
• Resolve customer issues by taking ownership, tracking down missing products, coordinating warranty-related reorders, and following through until needs are addressed.
• Support contractor pickups by preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and helping customers efficiently.
• Maintain showroom samples by assisting with reordering and stocking.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to provide a consistent customer experience.
