Requirements

3+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, or retail sales experience
Customer-facing experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Outlook
Works well on a team
Comfortable in a faith-based culture

Nice To Haves

Building materials or construction experience is strongly preferred
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and provide knowledgeable support with product questions, quotes, orders, warranties, and other service needs.
Assist contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom by explaining product options, helping with selections, and preparing quotes or orders as needed.
Respond to customer emails promptly, handling quote requests, warranty needs, order placements, and other inquiries.
Prepare accurate quotes and orders, aiming to complete customer quotes within one business day.
Resolve customer issues by taking ownership, tracking down missing products, coordinating warranty-related reorders, and following through until needs are addressed.
Support contractor pickups by preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and helping customers efficiently.
Maintain showroom samples by assisting with reordering and stocking.
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to provide a consistent customer experience.
