Service Customer Relations Manager

About The Position

The Customer Relations Manager serves as the dealership’s primary goodwill ambassador and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across sales and service. This role focuses on building long-term customer loyalty, proactively managing customer concerns, resolving complaints effectively, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and skilled at turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones while representing the Ford brand with integrity.
