Responsibilities

  • Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals
  • Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms
  • Provide pricing quotes, inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person visits
  • Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Process credit applications and assist customers through the sales process
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and certifications
  • Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads
  • Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards
