About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Coordinator to support our Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, and Safety teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in office administration or Human Resources. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, comfortable using Microsoft Office, and eager to learn new skills. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and responsibilities will grow as the employee gains experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office, customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Safety departments.
  • Assist with filing, organizing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
  • Answer phones and greet employees, applicants, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Communicate with employees and applicants in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and appointments.
  • Help prepare hiring and onboarding paperwork.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and update spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Respond to routine employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Learn department processes and gradually take on additional responsibilities as training progresses.
