About The Position

Join the Paul Davis Team as an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) and serve your community when it needs it most. Paul Davis is a leader in restoration and reconstruction, growing rapidly and seeking individuals to be on the front lines of restoring their community. ERCs work directly with property owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events like fire or flood, helping customers move from chaos to calm. This role requires quick, controlled thinking and the ability to inspire confidence. ERCs are dynamic speakers, comfortable in one-on-one and group settings. The team needs someone who can build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure structures before further damage occurs. Beyond core coordinator duties, this role owns the heartbeat of our mitigation operations—scheduling appointments, dispatching crews, and keeping customers and field teams aligned in real time. You’ll follow a consistent daily process, but no two days look the same as priorities shift, emergencies pop up, and the schedule changes on the fly—all in close partnership with the Emergency Services Manager and field teams. Since 1966, Paul Davis has been serving people in their time of need when facing disaster and having their worst day. We are a customer, employee and client focused company, passionately serving our community in its time of need and becoming an indispensable partner to our clients though our dedicated work!
