About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a Coach Coordinator to join their team. This role involves teaching children ages 2-8 the Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE techniques, focusing on character development and fostering a safe, inclusive environment. The position also includes remote responsibilities such as communicating with families and staff, hiring and training new instructors, fostering team culture, problem-solving, planning for growth, evaluating and supporting instructors, and facilitating training events. The goal is to impact children's lives positively and create smiling faces through the program.

Requirements

  • Must have a car and be able to drive to locations within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Teach children ages 2 to 8 weekly using the Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE teaching techniques.
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and instructors.
  • Hire, onboard, and train the next generation of Soccer Shots instructors.
  • Foster team culture.
  • Meet weekly to problem-solve and plan for growth.
  • Evaluate and support instructors with weekly check-ins and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Facilitate pre-season training events and post-season celebrations.
