Unit Sales Manager

About The Position
Focus on the operations of the sales unit and the recruitment and development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED
- Life & Health license
- 50k unit APC’s in previous 6 months, 100k unit APC’s in last 12 months and 6 productive agents (6k in previous quarter)

Responsibilities
- UFT & USV accountabilities in addition to the following
- Should consistently write business in the field
- Develop and manage sales activities.
- Assure that compliance goals & requirements are met by all agents in the unit.
- Develop applicant flow and business flow.
- Accountable to develop additional Unit Sales Managers within branch / satellite branch.
- Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
