About The Position
Touchmark at All Saints is seeking experienced Memory Care associates with a passion for caring for individuals with cognitive decline. We are hiring for both Full-Time and PRN (casual) positions. We offer a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for evenings, overnights, and weekends. We are looking for individuals whose values align with ours and who believe in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy.
Requirements
- Must be MA and or CNA.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
- Continue learning and improving skills.
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
