About The Position
Touchmark at All Saints is seeking experienced Memory Care associates with a passion for caring for individuals with cognitive decline. We are hiring for both Full-Time and PRN (casual) positions. We offer a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for evenings, overnights, and weekends. Requirements
- Must be MA and or CNA.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
- Continue learning and improving skills.
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
