About The Position

TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Wellington. Earn TOP PAY RATES while building a meaningful career in a growing industry! We offer ALL SHIFTS from 4-12 hours, with weekend availability being a plus. Top Pay Rates range from $16-18 per hour. We have shift availability for days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with both full-time and part-time schedule options available. Client needs include personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
Must comply with state background screening requirements
Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
Provide companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
Offer transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
