About The Position

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Education; if the graduate degree is not in nursing, the undergraduate degree must be in nursing.
• Current registered professional nurse license in the state or states where the candidate practices, in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
• At least 3 years of experience in an acute care facility.
• At least 2 years of experience in education, organizational development, or human resources in a hospital setting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives by designing and implementing clinical education programs that support new service offerings, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization at company-sponsored events, educational programs, and professional development activities.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory and legislative changes, emerging technologies, and evolving care delivery models, and incorporate relevant insights into educational strategies.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive healthcare landscape and support adaptation to changing market conditions through innovative clinical education solutions.
• Partner with the Clinical Education team to evaluate educational programs, measure desired outcomes, and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Division Vice Presidents and Clinical Education leaders on education coordination, competency management, and workforce development initiatives that enhance nursing practice and clinical excellence.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of clinical education programs and processes.
• Independently analyze challenges, develop solutions, and engage appropriate stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Promote lifelong learning and stay informed about nursing professional development best practices, educational methodologies, and changes in clinical practice.
• Apply evidence-based evaluation frameworks, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
