About The Position
Bally's Corporation is seeking energetic and personable individuals with a flair for excitement and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join their team as Table Games Dealers. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be the heart of the gaming floor, responsible for creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This role is perfect for those ready to deal out fun and contribute to a dynamic gaming environment.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver excellent guest service
- Drive and commitment to complete the entire dealer school courses
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any items left behind by guests.
- Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.
- Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times.
- Maintain game protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, playing cards, and equipment at all times.
- Use all table game equipment correctly.
