Casino Dealer - Urgently Hiring - $17 to $23/hr with Unlimited Tips - Southfield, MI + Paid Training Included
About The Position
Evolution Gaming is the world's leading live casino entertainment company, broadcasting real casino games from our Southfield, MI studio to players across the globe, every hour of every day. Our Game Presenters are on camera, in the spotlight, and earning tips on top of a guaranteed hourly rate. We are not a casino floor. There is no smoke, no crowds, and no cash handling. Just a clean professional studio, a consistent schedule, and a role unlike anything else in Michigan. This role involves hosting live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, enthusiastically introducing players, explaining the rules, announcing winners, dealing cards, and spinning the wheel with quick and accurate technique. You will also engage players in friendly, professional conversation every shift and bring confidence and personality to every session on camera.
Requirements
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing experience welcome
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Energetic, professional, and reliable
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- No casino experience required whatsoever
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
