Delivery Driver (4232 Holland)- Make up to $17+/hr with tips, flexible part-time shifts
About The Position
Delivery Drivers bring freshly made Domino's Pizza orders from the oven to customers promptly and professionally. The role includes delivering orders, serving customers, and helping with store tasks between deliveries. The position offers flexible part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shifts ranging from 3 to 8 hours. Drivers may have opportunities to advance into the Management Development Program. Most drivers make $13–$17 per hour after tips, with base pay of $8.00 per hour and tips averaging about $4 per delivery. If base pay plus tips falls below the $12.77-per-hour state minimum for a shift, the company makes up the difference. Drivers are paid $0.53 per mile for using their car; the rate is reviewed monthly. Next-day or same-day pay is available through DailyPay.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Have an insured, reliable vehicle that passes regular safety checks.
- Be comfortable with basic math and working in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders quickly and accurately, including to apartments and multi-story buildings.
- Be friendly and helpful with customers and handle issues that arise.
- Answer phones promptly between deliveries.
- Clean and sweep the store, take the oven, and wash dishes between deliveries.
