About The Position

The Key Turner opens the store and prepares it for the business day, ensuring the kitchen is ready, stations are stocked, equipment is prepared, and the store is clean and welcoming before customers arrive. This role works short morning shifts, usually from 9 AM to 12 PM, until the Assistant Manager arrives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be organized and comfortable working independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete the daily opening checklist so the store is ready to serve.
• Set up the kitchen, stock stations, and prepare equipment.
• Start prep work and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Answer every call on the first ring.
