Table Games Dealer (Full-Time Experienced Dealer)
About The Position
Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. Conduct assigned game accurately and at the pace established by the supervisor. Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, cards, dice, and all other applicable Company assets. Conduct table transactions, including payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
- Must pass a math assessment issued by the Company
- Must pass a color vision assessment test issued by the company
- Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
