About The Position
Evolution is hiring Live Casino Dealers at our Atlantic City studio. You'll deal real casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — live on camera while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers around the world. This is not a casino floor job. No smoke. No chips. No physical players in front of you. No cash handling. No late-night casino chaos. You'll sit in a professional broadcast studio, deal live casino games on camera, and create an engaging experience for online players worldwide — every single shift. Think: live dealer + on-camera host + customer service professional. No previous casino or dealing experience required. We teach you everything through two weeks of paid training at Evolution Academy — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and on-camera presentation skills. You get paid the entire time.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Weekend availability required
- Open to evenings, weekends, and overnights
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Casino or gaming experience
Responsibilities
- Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts with accuracy
- Keep the game moving smoothly and professionally every shift
- Bring a confident, positive presence to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
