About The Position

New Horizons is hiring caregivers to provide in-home companionship and support that helps clients remain independent. No healthcare experience is needed; the employer provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow skills. Caregivers are matched with clients based on their preferences and comfort level, and can choose when to work under a flexible schedule, with full-time or variable hours available. The role offers $19–$23 per hour based on shift and 24/7 scheduling support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Help clients with meals, errands, and daily tasks.
