About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver to provide in-home support and companionship. No healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and mentorship are provided. Caregivers can choose a flexible schedule, including full-time or variable hours, and are matched with clients based on their preferences and comfort level. The role pays $19–$23 per hour, depending on shift, and offers 24/7 scheduling support and daily pay availability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must enjoy helping others and be interested in meaningful, flexible work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Help clients with meals, errands, and daily tasks.
