About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver in Sweet Home. No healthcare experience is needed; the company provides paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop skills while helping clients. Caregivers are matched with clients according to their preferences and comfort level, and receive 24/7 scheduling support and mentorship. The schedule is flexible, with full-time or variable-hour options, and daily pay is available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Enjoy helping others and want meaningful, flexible work.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support.
