About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field OR High school diploma with equivalent in training/experience
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with recovery model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
