About The Position

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving)
• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Mobility assistance
• Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including: Meal preparation, Light housekeeping, Medication reminders, Errands, Transportation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Observe and report any changes in client condition
